小林 武志

Takeshi Kobayashi

Born in 1967 in Aichi Prefecture.
After graduating from the Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka,
he served as an instructor there for eight years.
Following this, he honed his skills at many renowned Chinese restaurants
including Chikuro Sambo in Kichijoji.
In 2005, he opened Mitamachi MoMoNoKi at Mita in Minato-ku.
In 2020, the restaurant relocated to Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho
with the new name Akasaka MoMoNoKi.
In 2023, he stopped working at the restaurant,
and in June 6, 2024, he began working as the chef at KOBAYASHI in Roppongi.
His skills have helped earn stars continually in the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo
ever since the publication started in 2007.
He also supervises the menu at the Taiheiyo Club Yachiyo Course.
